Autumn days!

I love it when the season changes - it doesnt matter to me which season is coming, or which i'm saying goodbye to! I love the early spring when that dewy smell arrives and shoots begin to appear in the ground, the smell of soil, and flowers and blossom. I love it when spring transforms itself into the glorious hot long days of summer - fresly cut grass, BBQs, picnics, days out, relaxing holidays. Then theres that crisp October air that brings the beautiful oranges, reds, yellows and greens with it. Walks kicking through piles of crunching leaves. Then there's the onset of winter... dressing up warm in hats, scarves and gloves and a glad return to a roaring fire and hot cup of tea... and then the cycle starts again.

Isnt' God's creativity incredible? Who would have thought through such marvellous detail? And yet we see that creation is flawed, as our Pastor Bobby reminded us on Sunday night - "All is not as it should be"...

As I enjoy the changing season now, I can rejoice in the knowledge that the Lord Jesus will restore everything one day to the way it should be...
and I cant wait for season change in heaven...
